Merchant Consulting Group (MCG), an integrated payments technology company headquartered in Salem, MA, and Tracker Management Systems, a premier independent software vendor based in Cleveland, OH, announce the integration of omnichannel payments acceptance into Tracker Management Systems’ industry-leading software solution.

Founded in 1986, Tracker provides dispatch software for the towing and wrecker industry that simplifies fleet management, streamlines dispatch operations, and increases efficiency. The software also connects with major motor clubs, DMV lien letter options, and police departments.

The payments integration will provide Tracker’s clients the ability to process payments through the same interface they currently use, eliminating the need for tow truck drivers to communicate with dispatchers to complete a payment. Secure point of sale, EMV/chip payment cards, and alternative payment method transactions can be completed on the spot, reducing the risk of fraud and chargebacks.

Founder and CEO of MCG, Jonathan Arst, says, “We are very excited to integrate Tracker’s world-class fleet management software with our omnichannel frictionless payment processing solutions. Our partnership will further improve the Tracker platform, creating a truly seamless towing experience for both drivers and people in need during very stressful times.”

Tracker Management Systems CEO, John David Matthews, adds, “We are excited to partner with Merchant Consulting Group. MCG has an innovative suite of payment technology solutions that will increase our ability to offer our customers frictionless payment solutions through our industry leading Tracker Management software.”
